Brains Companion Peace

Kosta Boda by Bertil Vallien Throughout history, people have surrounded themselves with objects said to possess more power than “ordinary” items. A rare stone, a sculptural bone fragment, a beautiful icon. Objects that are not only a feast for the eyes, but also forge a kind of bond of friendship with their owners. Bertil’s Companion series consists of faces in shifting colors with five different messages: Yes. Hope. Love. Peace. Blues. The small sculptures can be hung on the wall where they’re needed most. A little more than friendship—and, over time, even love. Companion.
