PET Bottle

The PET was Ulrica’s response after Björn Kjelltoft painted her pattern onto PET bottles and paper plates for his degree exhibition at the University of Arts, Crafts and Design. Do designers have patents on universal symbols and patterns? Instead of a lawsuit, Ulrica took back control of her eyes and tulips, and used them to decorate a limited edition of PET bottles made of glass. The bottles were very popular and came to be used as the perfect unique, always-full water bottle.
